2.1 What Personal Data We Collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect and process:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Company name
  • Phone number

If you contact us directly by email, we may additionally process any information you choose to include in your message.

We do not use the contact form to collect special category data, and we ask that you avoid sharing sensitive information through it.

We process this personal data on the following legal grounds under GDPR Article 6:

  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) – when you voluntarily submit the contact form or send us an email.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) – to respond to your inquiry, provide requested information, and maintain ordinary business communication.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making, profiling, or marketing campaigns.

2.3 Storage, Security, and Retention
Personal data is stored securely and only for as long as necessary to fulfil its purpose or comply with legal obligations.

Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 90 days, after which they are deleted from our active systems. Where a submission leads to ongoing business correspondence, related emails may be retained longer as part of normal business records and bookkeeping obligations under Norwegian law.

The website is built and hosted on Tilda, which processes limited technical data (such as IP addresses and server logs) as part of normal website operation. Contact form data is delivered to Tilda CRM for handling.
